Yoga teacher, Smita Raja will be sharing some yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation techniques to help release physical and mental tension on Wednesday 10 October 2018, World Mental Health Day.

The drop-in sessions will take place in the Post Graduate Education Centre atrium, no experience is necessary and the sessions are free to SaSH staff. Parcicipants will need to bring a Yoga mat or towel. For more information on Smita Raja please click here.
