The HLM , developed by the NHS Leadership Academy, is a tool that can help you become a better leader in your day-to-day role. The model is made up of nine leadership dimensions, which you can explore in your own time, at your own pace. There is a self -assessment and 360 degree tool linked to the model.

The Myers Briggs Type Inventory is a widely used personality framework that will help you explore your preferences for taking in information and making decisions. It also looks at where you prefer to focus your attention and how you perceive to live your life.
