Trust Induction
At SaSH we support HEE in their commitment to improve the quality of education and training for all doctors, ensuring you feel valued and supported. We are participating in the streamlining process where all trainees will be guaranteed access to a standardised induction and recruitment process.In line with HEE recommendations in “Enhancing Junior Doctors’ working lives”, we have worked hard to plan your Trust and department inductions to reduce duplication and personal time spent, where we can, in completing mandatory modules.
Whilst we acknowledge that completion of these modules can be time consuming, they are essential to ensure that we, as your employer impart important information to you to keep not just yourself safe, but also your patients.
