Leadership Development
We work in partnership with Health Education England, working across Kent, Surrey and Sussex to put leadership at the heart of quality care and to support our education and workforce colleagues and all Trust staff. Medical Education HomeMiss Jean Arokiasamy, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist is the Trusts’ appointed Clinical Tutor for Leadership and Management. She provides Leadership support for all clinicians, and is the key liaison between HE KSS Leadership Academy and the Trust.
Her responsibilities include:
- Organisation and design of Leadership workshops for Consultants and Senior Clinicians, aimed at supporting Junior doctors in training
- Supporting doctors in training, with the completion of the LEADER tool
- Organisation of an annual multi-professional Leadership poster day completion.
Working with the HEKSS Leadership Collaborative, to ensure all new Leadership initiatives are communicated and shared in the Trust.
